Registered Dietitian. Wellness Curator. Ingredient Sleuth.
I’m passionate about helping people live cleaner, more connected lives—through the food they eat, the products they use, and the spaces they call home. I created Toxiswap to bridge the gap between nutrition, environmental health, and design—because wellness doesn’t stop at what’s on your plate.
My mission is simple: to help individuals and brands make intentional, sustainable swaps that support long-term well-being—from grocery store choices to home furnishings to the air you breathe while you sleep.
I began my career grounded in clinical science, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology from USC, followed by a Master of Public Health with an emphasis in Environmental Health from UCLA. My dietetic training at Pepperdine University gave me the clinical foundation to understand how food and toxins affect the body at every level.
But what truly shaped my work was what came next: seeing how real people struggle to make sense of wellness in an industry full of greenwashing, misinformation, and overwhelm. I realized people needed more than diet advice—they needed a trusted guide who could help them navigate all aspects of a cleaner lifestyle.
That’s when Toxiswap was born.
I’m based in San Diego, but I live like a nomad—traveling full-time and chasing the cleanest hotels, markets, and menus across 50+ countries (and counting).
My love language is food souvenirs—you can usually find me dragging a suitcase full of rare olive oils, obscure condiments, or weirdly-shaped pasta I just couldn't leave behind.
Don’t look in my purse unless you’re ready to find some strange snack!
